Hello and welcome to the Round Up – Week 29 post for Quote Quest.
This week we welcome back very lovely Zebra Rose as our round up guest for week 29 <3 You can check out their blog here.

By the time I’d read through all of the QQ posts, I was feeling much better about the whole *gestures out of the window* hell-in-a-handcart experience. Even in dark times, there is joy and light, hope and happiness within these posts, and I recommend reading all of them, not just my top 3 picks. It’s worth it.
They chose to draw swans – Alethea Hunt
This is a beautiful and touching piece of writing about identity and inclusivity that made me a bit emotional reading it (and re-reading it, because it’s so magnificent). The love Alethea has for their family shines out in every word.
My 2021 Goals – MPB Julie
Julie combines gorgeous stark winter images with her usual blog-voice of compassion and pragmatism. I’m not a natural optimist, but this was one of the posts that made me feel that things won’t always be like they are now, and that how we react to things can make a big difference in how we experience them
4 New Years Resolutions Not to Make for 2021 – Amy Norton
I too am tired of the New Year’s ‘new you’-themed marketing cacophony, and I really enjoyed this post by Amy, in which she tears down harmful tropes with savage wit and sound common sense. Good advice, as always from Coffee & Kink
